Returning Rolls

QRS changes its Return Policy - Read About It Below!
MOST IMPORTANT: You only have 30 DAYS to return a roll and you must receive authorization from me (John A Tuttle) prior to returning a roll. This change was instituted by QRS on November 8, 2007. All Returns MUST ALSO BE accompanied by the Return Authorization Forms (see below).

QRS has changed their return policy. If you received a Defective Roll or if QRS accidentally sent you the Wrong Roll, send it back to me along with the Return Authorization Forms (see below) within 30 DAYS. You have three options: A Replacement Roll will be sent at No Charge. Or, you will receive a credit towards your next purchase. Or, you can request a refund. *IMPORTANT* Send the Rolls via the US Postal System-Media Mail and you will be reimbursed for the cost of postage. If you return the roll/s any other way, you will only be credited for the cost of Media Mail. Also, if you'll send me an email explaining the problem as soon as it is discovered, I'll have the Replacement Roll sent to you Immediately. To contact me, use the: Request Form-click here

If you accidentally ordered a wrong roll and did not remove the plastic wrapping, you can return it for full credit towards your next purchase, you can request a refund, or you can have the monies credited back to your credit card. QRS is no longer offering the option of returning an incorrectly ordered roll for a replacement roll. Also, you will not be reimbursed for the cost of returning the roll. *IMPORTANT* Send the Rolls via the US Postal System-Media Mail. It's the least expensive method.

If for some reason you must return an entire order because of some mistake you made, you will be sent a refund check or a refund/credit to your credit card for the cost of the rolls. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs or the handling charges related to your order or its return. *IMPORTANT* Send the Rolls via the US Postal System-Media Mail. It's the least expensive method.

QRS is no longer accepting returns simply because you don't like the arrangement of the music roll. Once you have used the roll, it is no longer new, and we cannot sell it as a new roll. This policy was established by QRS on November 8, 2007. However, at Player-Care you will receive an 80% refund or credit if you return the roll to me. *IMPORTANT* Send the Rolls via the US Postal System-Media Mail. It's the least expensive method.
