Made in Granite Falls, NC, in the 1960's, the modern Kohler & Campbell player piano has the "Auto Piano" player mechanism. This system is comprised of an electric drive system and pneumatic player action. A few of the unique identifying features of the system are the round volume and tempo control knobs in the spoolbox, and a toggle switch to the left of the volume control. There is also a groove in the left side of the take-up spool with a metal finger that rides on top of the spool.
